The suspension crane is a single girder overhead crane which is designed according to international standards. It is a kind of light duty material handling equipment, with single girder running on the suspension track, and usually equipped with CD1 and/or MD1 type electric hoist. The lifting capacity of the single girder suspension crane is 1 – 10 ton, and the span is 3 to 15 m, and the traveling speed is 20 m/min and 30m/min. Customized design is provided according to application conditions and customer requirements.

Installation of single-girder suspension cranes must first confirm the force range of the cement foundation, and then choose I-beams, I-beams need to use the national standard No. 30 or above. Install the suspension cranes in the upper structure with the impact drill to open two or four screws holes, and using pass-screw reinforcement. I-beam installation surface must be measured in advance, the curvature size cannot exceed 1 cm, the installation of such cranes are generally not use the car crane, so you need to use the chain hoist way to pull on the top, necessary tools: welding equipment, chain hoists, scaffolding and so on.
The main role of a single-girder suspension crane in a sewage treatment plant or substation is installing equipment or overhauling equipment. Single girder suspension crane specifications: Tonnage is generally about 10T, the span is less than 19 meters, most cranes are 5M-9M, lifting height is generally 9M-12M.
When the suspension crane installation is completed, the site will be sorted and the technical data or product use book will be delivered to the customer. The crane manufacturer not only need to assist users in quality inspection and acceptance, but also need the local special inspection department to carry out inspection and acceptance before issuing the certificate.
