The working environment of this 0.5T BZ jib crane is somewhat special. It will be used in the construction of factories near the sea. There will be a harsh environment with temperature of 50 ℃ and humidity of 95%, so it is required to spray special epoxy corrosion paint. After confirming the order production task, the customer was still a little worried. He sent an engineer to our factory in Henan, China for field investigation and visited the production process. During the visit, the customer asked a question about the thickness of the paint on the cantilever surface. The customer said that the paint we sprayed was too thin. Our technicians told the customer that if the paint is sprayed thick, the adhesion of the paint is weak and easy to fall off. The customer didn't ask this question after he understood
