1 Purpose and scope of use

This regulation stipulates the standards for the use and maintenance of bridge crane equipment. In order to ensure the normal, safe, reliable and operation of the equipment during the production process, this regulation is specially formulated. This regulation is applicable to the use and maintenance of bridge crane equipment in the steelmaking process.

3.2 The maintenance unit is responsible for the spot inspection, maintenance and overhaul of the bridge crane.

4 Use and maintenance content and requirements

4.1 Operation and requirements

4.1.1 Each time you start driving, you should first check whether the controllers are in the zero position before you can move the car.

4.1.2 Close the main brake first, then close and open, and send out a warning signal. After the safety is confirmed, the controller is gradually moved to the normal operating position.

4.1.3 When starting an empty car, listen to the sound of the transmission part and observe whether there is any abnormal sound. If an abnormal phenomenon is found, it should not be started without treatment and confirmation by professionals.

4.1.4 Safety precautions during operation

4.1.4.1 During the operation of the overhead train, it is prohibited to get on and off the train. When getting on and off the train, first notify the driver by contacting the electric bell, and get in touch and wait for the train to stop before getting on and off the train.

4.1.4.1 When the overhead crane is working normally, personnel shall not stay in the dangerous parts of the main and auxiliary trolleys.

4.1.4.2 No objects are allowed to be stacked on the overhead crane. Tools, materials, flammables, etc. are not allowed to be shaken or dropped to prevent personal equipment accidents. Tools and common spare parts that must be placed must be placed in a special fixed and secure box.

4.1.4.3 When hoisting objects, it is forbidden to pass on people's heads, other important equipment, and houses. When there are people in the driving area, a signal must be sent out and they can be passed after they have avoided.

4.1.4.4 It is strictly forbidden for heavy objects to stay within the safety warning area above the safe passage during lifting.

4.1.4.5 When the overhead crane is loading, it must be lifted to 0.5m above the highest obstacle point of the obstacle to pass.

4.1.4.6 It is strictly forbidden to collide with the straddle crane and jack the crane during the operation of the crane.

4.1.4.7 When lifting heavy objects, they must be in a vertical position. Crane cranes are not allowed to tow and drag heavy objects, and they are not allowed to be pulled diagonally.

4.1.4.8 It is strictly forbidden to reverse the car during the overhead train, and it is forbidden to use the limit switch as a normal stop.

4.1.4.9 Overload use of overhead crane is strictly prohibited, and special personnel must be instructed during lifting.

4.1.4.10 The driver must stop immediately after receiving any stop signal.

4.1.4.11 When a heavy object is hung on the hook head, the driver is never allowed to leave the crane, nor is it allowed to adjust the lifting mechanism brake.

4.1.4.12 Must strictly implement the "Eight No Limits" and "Ten No Hangs" regulations.

4.1.5 Handling of emergencies

4.1.5.1 During the lifting process, if there is an accident or the line is out of power, the main power switch must be shut down quickly, and all the controllers should be immediately returned to the zero position. When the cause of the accident is understood and checked and handled, it can be restarted after confirming that there is no error. Start running.

4.1.5.2 After the overhead crane collides, stop and inspect the electromechanical equipment, and then start driving after confirming that it is correct.

4.1.5.3 When a dual-motor drive part suddenly fails during work, one motor or reducer should immediately stop the operation, and wait until the inspection and handling are completed or the full-time maintenance personnel allow it to be used.

4.1.6 Parking requirements after work

4.1.6.1 The crane shall not leave any objects, and the empty hook shall be raised to an appropriate height.

4.1.6.2 Park the car at the designated location, and it is strictly forbidden to hit the car to stop.

4.1.6.3 Return all controller handles to the zero position.

4.1.6.4 Cut off the power, pull down the main power switch, lock the cab and leave.

4.1.7 Requirements for driver handover

4.1.7.1 The shifter should stop for a comprehensive inspection before handing over the shift, and actively take measures to deal with the problem if it is found, and generally not leave it to the next shift.

4.1.7.2 The shifter shall promptly write down the overhead crane inspection and allowable conditions (such as vibrations, abnormal sounds and other abnormal phenomena) in the shift record in detail, and make the shift to the next shift clear. If the situation is serious, it should be reported to the superior in time. .

4.1.7.3 The shifter shall ensure that all parts of the vehicle are clean and hygienic.

4.1.7.4 The successor shall conduct a comprehensive test drive before starting work. Focus on checking whether the limit position of each hook is good, sensitive and reliable.

4.1.7.5 The successor must have a detailed understanding of the operation of the equipment at work, and verify the hidden dangers and problems found during the inspection with the shift record, and detailed supplementary records should be made for discrepancies.

4.1.7.6 The use of tools, equipment and fire extinguishing devices shall be handed over in the handover shift.

5.1 Equipment maintenance

5.1.1 Cleaning of equipment

5.1.1.1 Clean up once a day.

5.1.1.2 The driver's cab, protection panel, resistance box, and control room should be kept clean and free of debris.

5.1.1.3 During production shutdown and equipment maintenance, the driving must be cleaned and wiped under the premise of ensuring safety and not obstructing the maintenance.

5.1.1.4 It is strictly forbidden to throw sundries down during the cleaning process to prevent injury.

5.2 Equipment maintenance standards

5.2.1 Bridge

5.2.1.1 There should be no deformation and open welding of all structural parts and welded joints.

5.2.2 Wheel set

5.2.2.1 The back of the spokes shall be evenly worn without cracks or collapses.

5.2.2.2 The wear of the spokes should not exceed 40% of the original thickness.

5.2.2.3 The wheels have no abnormal noise during operation.

5.2.2.4 The bottom corner fixing bolts should be tightened, and there should be no open welding on the spigot plate.

5.2.3 Reducer

5.2.3.1 The bottom corner of the reducer should be tight and not loose.

5.2.3.2 There should be no oil leakage everywhere in the reducer, and the oil level is normal.

5.2.3.3 There should be no vibration or abnormal sound during operation.

5.3.1 Coupling

5.3.1.1 The fixing screws should be complete and not loose.

5.3.1.2 Normal operation, no abnormal sound, good lubrication.

5.4.1 Brake

5.4.1.1 All transmission systems of the brake are flexible and reliable.

5.4.1.2 The spring is not broken.

5.4.1.3 The brake shoe wear should not be more than 1/2.

5.4. 1.4 The brake hydraulic cylinder is sensitive and has no damage and no oil shortage.

5.5.1 Reel

5.5.1.1 The screws of the wire rope clamping plate should be tight and reliable.

5.5.1.2 The surface of the reel is intact and undamaged.

5.6.1 pulley block

5.6.1.1 The pulley shall be intact and undamaged and shall rotate freely without any abnormal noise.

5.6.1.2 The pulley cover should be intact without damage or serious deformation.

5.7.1 Wire rope

5.7.1.1 The wire rope should be well lubricated.

5.7.1.2 The steel wire rope should be free from grooves, strand breaks and knots.

5.7.1.3 The worn or corroded surface of the wire rope should not exceed 40% of the diameter of the wire rope.

5.7.1.4 The number of broken wires in a twist length should not exceed the value specified by the state.

5.8.1 Hook group

5.8.1.1 There should be no cracks or damage on the surface of the hook.

5.8.1.2 The amount of hook wear should not exceed 10% of the dangerous end face.

5.8.1.3 The hook should rotate flexibly.

5.8.1.4 The hook nuts and bolts should be tight and reliable.

5.8.1.5 The spindle lock nut should be tight and reliable.

5.9.1 Buffer

5.9.1.1 The buffer function is good, and the contact can expand and contract freely.

5.9.1.2 The buffer should be firmly fixed.

5.10. 1 Motor

5.10.1.1 The bottom corner screws should be tight and not loose.

5.10.1.2 There is no overheating phenomenon, and the temperature rise should not exceed the allowable value on the nameplate of the machine.

5.10.1.3 Normal operation, no vibration or abnormal sound.

5.10.1.4 The stator and rotor wiring should be good and there should be no ignition.

5.10.1.4 Protection panel and control panel.

5.10.1.5 The tray and the screen should be placed firmly, and the components should be fastened without skew.

5.10.1.6 All components are complete, without defects, damage, or breakage.

5.10.1.7 The fuse sheet should be in good contact and should not be replaced by copper wire.

5.11.1 Resistors

5.11.1.1 The box body should be firm, not swinging, and the resistor strips should be intact with no collisions.

5.11.1.2 The terminal screws for wiring and sealing should be fastened and reliable without sparking.

5.11.1.3 The heating of each section of resistance should be balanced, and there should be no redness.

5.11.1.4 It should be kept clean, free of dust, and good heat dissipation.

5.12.1 Sliding contact line and relay

5.12.1.1 The installation is firm, easy to operate, and all components should be complete.

5.12.1.2 The handle and transmission part should be flexible and free from jamming.

5.12.1.3 The wire connection should be in good contact and not loose.

5.13.1 Trolley wire and current collector

5.13.1.1 The sliding contact line should be straight and free of breaks.

5.13.1.2 The current collector should move smoothly, without skewing, without collision, and should be in good contact with the sliding wire.

5.13.1.3 The insulated wire should be intact and free from cracks.

5.14.1 Streamer

5.14.1.1 The towline should be forced by the traction wire rope during movement, and there should be no scratches.

5.14.1.2 The towline trolley should be intact, move freely, the slideway should be straight, stable and free of cracks or open welding, and should be properly lubricated.

5.15.1 Rectification and lighting

5.15.1.1 There should be no abnormal sound when the transformer is running.

5.15.1.2 The lighting circuit should be safe and reliable, the switch should be intact and undamaged, and the lamps and lanterns should be complete.

5.16.1 Limit switch

5.16.1.1 The limit switch should be intact, undamaged, flexible and reliable.

5.17.1 track

5.17.1.1 There should be no cracks or open welding on the tracks of large and small cars. The pressure plate bolts are complete, and the fastening is reliable.

5.18. 1 Cooling fan

5.18.1.1 The whole should be intact and undamaged.
