32/5 ton MDG(L) single girder gantry crane, span 18 meters

Overview

Design and manufacture according to GB/T 14406 "General gantry crane".
Mainly made up of bridge, trolley, crane traveling mechanism and electric system.
All the procedure are finished in the operating room.
Applies to the open warehouse or rail along for general handling and lifting work.
Also can equipped with many lifting device for special work.
Prohibited for lifting high temperature solution, flammable, explosive, corrosion, overloading, dust and other dangerous operations.

The designed lifting capacity of MDG(L) single-girder hook gantry crane is 5 tons, 10 tons, 16/3.2 tons, 20/5 tons, 32/5 tons, 50/10 tons (T), etc. It also provides design and manufacture of non-standard lifting capacity. The structure is box girder type, which consists of ground beam, L-shaped legs, main beam, lifting trolley, feeding device, etc. The running trolley is installed in an offset hanging style, which is mainly used for installation and use in outdoor sites of factories. The advantage of MDG(L) single-girder hook gantry crane is that it can carry out the lifting of long structural parts. The L-shaped single leg design is more conducive to the over-track lifting of structural parts. The machine is prohibited to be used in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environments.

Traveling and lifting smoothly.
The power for trolley moving adopts flat cable, sliding smoothly.

Protecting the current lacking of any phase.
Outdoor cranes are equipped with hoisting mechanism, electrical control box and rainproof devices.
