Deformation and damage of the wire rope: The external damage of the crane wire rope due to vibration and collision is called deformation damage, which is part of the damage site. The wire rope may be deformed and damaged due to the skew of the movable pulley and the skew of the industrial foundation of the reel.
The selection of key points should be in the same straight line with the center of gravity, and the lifting point should be above the center of gravity, so that the heavy objects can be lifted straight. Internal damage of the wire rope: During the entire use process, when the crane wire rope passes through the drum or moving pulley, the required load is pressed on one side of the wire rope, and the radius of curvature of each thin stainless steel wire may not be exactly the same. To sum up, because the wire rope is rough, every thin stainless steel wire in the crane wire rope will have actual effect force and slip.
