In February 2024, Dongqi Crane manufactured a JM type 10-ton electric winch for a Mexican customer. This was the first time that the customer purchased crane equipment from our company. At the beginning, the customer said that the voltage needed to be 380v. On February 19, the customer said that the voltage needed to be changed to 440v. After repeatedly confirming this parameter with the customer, we arranged for the factory to start production on February 21, completed production on March 7, and shipped the product to Mexico on March 8.
