The gauge of a crane refers to the horizontal distance between the centerline of the rail crane’s trolley running track or the crane’s walking track, that is, the distance between two parallel tracks, and the gauge is also called the wheelbase. Can be divided into trolley gauge and trolley gauge. The trolley gauge is the parameter of double-beam bridge cranes and double-beam gantry cranes. The single-beam cranes of our factory do not have the concept of trolley gauge. The distance should be determined according to the mechanism layout and the overall stability requirements of the crane.
