Electrical inspection contents of bridge crane

Electrical equipment is a complex part of bridge crane. It works under impact, vibration and swing conditions and is prone to failure, especially in high temperature, dusty, humid and other harsh environments. It is more prone to failure and may lead to accidents. Therefore, the main items of safety inspection for the electrical part of the crane are as follows:

1.  Check whether the insulation resistance of crane motor is within the normal range and whether there is abnormal noise and temperature rise during operation; During shutdown, check whether there are obvious cracks, wear, looseness and adhesion in the slip ring, brush and wire joints;
2.  Check the deformation and wear of the collector, whether the power slip and tensioning device of the crane are normal, and whether the slip rope is in good contact with the sliding block. If the power is transmitted through the cable, it is also necessary to check whether the insulation layer of the cable is aging, whether the cable guide device is flexible, and whether the recovery and placement of the cable are flexible.
3.  Check the crane electrical components and control system. Check whether the switch shell is damaged, whether the relay on the distribution cabinet works normally, whether the terminal posts and wiring screws are tightened, etc. pay attention to check the sensitivity and reliability of overload limiter, torque limiter and protection device for each trip.
