Q: How can I get my crane or hoist, if I place an order?

A: We will delivery your crane and hoist on time and ship them by sea or by air to your designated port or place. By sea, the time will be slightly longer, but the freight is very low. If the goods are shipped by air, the time is short, but the cost is higher. You can choose according to your situation.

Q: Can you supply single phase electric hoist?

A: Yes, we can supply single phase electric hoist, but only electric chain hoist type (lifting capacity: 0.5-5ton).

Q: Can I have a crane with single phase power supply?

A: No, as the motor for crane do not have single phase type, so all of our cranes do not have single phase motor, only 3 phase motor, so if you need a crane, you have to have 3 phase power supply in your place.
