Installation standards and track installation requirements for LX electric single-beam suspension cranes
The LX single-beam suspension crane is a kind of lifting equipment commonly used indoors. Unlike the electric single-beam crane , the main beam of this type of crane is suspended under the I-beam track. The editor of our factory will explain the installation standards of the LX electric single-girder suspension crane and the installation requirements of the suspended I-beam track.
- Connect the main beam and the end beam with a pin shaft, and pay attention to tightening the bolts of the shaft end baffle to make the pin shaft connection reliable. After the main and end beams are assembled, they can be inspected according to the relevant requirements in the standard JB/T2603.
- Assemble the terminal travel switch of the crane, the motor control box of the operating mechanism, the electric hoist control box and other electrical appliances on the end beam, connect the relevant electrical parts, and debug the two running motors to make their rotations consistent.
- The electric hoist can be pre-installed on the main beam and erected on the track together with the crane, or it can be erected separately.
- Connect all control electrical circuits according to the schematic diagram and wiring diagram. It is necessary to ensure that the crane movement direction is consistent with the direction specified by the control button.

- Technical requirements for suspension track installation:

- Longitudinal inclination of track: ≤L/1000;
- Track horizontal bending deviation: within the total length of the track, the lateral limit deviation is ±10mm; the limit deviation within each 2m measuring length should not exceed ±1mm.

Debug after installation
- No-load test to check whether the direction of lifting and movement is consistent with the button mark; whether the gap between the wheel and the track is appropriate; whether the brake is reliable; adjust if there is any abnormality.
- The static load test starts with 25% of the rated load, and then is hoisted with a load of 50%, 75%, 100%, 110% gradually increased to 125%, and each time the heavy object is lifted 100-150mm away from the ground Stay for 5-10 minutes and do not land by itself at noon. During the overload test, drive the trolley into the main girder and use a level to measure the deflection of the main girder to not less than 1/700 of the span of the main girder. After unloading, the trolley drives to the end, and then Measure the elastic deformation value of the main beam, and the main beam must not be plastically deformed.
- Dynamic load test. The dynamic loading of each organization should be carried out separately first. After that, the linkage experiment was carried out, and the two mechanisms were activated at the same time. The test load was 1.1 times the rated full load, and the test was delivered to use after no abnormality.
The installation of the crane is the guarantee for the normal operation of the crane. When installing the suspended crane, it must be installed in accordance with the standard.
