Bridge crane epoxy zinc-rich paint is an excellent anti-corrosion primer. Generally speaking, the responsible bridge crane manufacturer will apply epoxy zinc-rich primer to the surface of the equipment first, and then paint. PU coating is a top coat with good quality, strong adhesion, water resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. Suitable for outdoor bridge cranes. The primer and topcoat are very harmonious. If epoxy zinc-rich primer is used, alkyd primer cannot be used as a topcoat. In addition, the service life of the coating can reach 2-3 years, and better quality coatings, such as chlorinated rubber coatings or polyurethane coatings, should be used.

The bridge crane is mainly made of steel, and the surface is coated with anti-corrosion paint. The coating method, coating process and coating film thickness have an important impact on the anti-corrosion of bridge cranes.

Bridge crane paint generally uses alkyd paint, chlorinated rubber paint, epoxy zinc-rich and polyurethane paint. Chlorinated rubber and alkyd paint are one-component coatings, while alkyd paint is a low-component coating, and the price is relatively low. Usually only suitable for insignificant steel, overhead cranes are not recommended. Chlorine rubber paint is a good paint that can be used for indoor lifting equipment.

The positioning of the bounce axis of bridge crane components should meet the requirements. The column should protrude from the center line of the three seats, the center line of the support surface and the top of the column, the ±0 line or the elevation line, and the position of the lifting point; the column and horizontal axis should be sprayed out of the foundation cup; the center line and the elevation line should damage the end Department and top surface. It is supported by a bridge bridge crane; the installation position control line of the roof truss, roof slab or purlin is consistent with the pop-up installation center line of the roof truss, roof beam ends and top surface.

The coating thickness of bridge cranes must also comply with the corresponding national standards. Generally, the thickness of the paint film on the bridge frame cannot be less than 80~120 microns, otherwise the corrosion resistance cannot meet the requirements, which will have a great impact on the service life of the bridge frame. A good bridge crane coating should have at least 10 years of anti-corrosion life. When purchasing a bridge crane, if the user cannot determine the appropriate paint variety with the manufacturer, but only considers the price, he may pay a higher price within a few years. Therefore, the coating is impermeable to bridges and gantry cranes.
