It is not used in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive media, and the hoist-type crane that operates in special environments such as dust, humidity, high temperature or cold. ②The protection level of motors and main electrical appliances on the crane should be increased accordingly. Under normal circumstances, the protection level of motors and electrical appliances for hoist cranes is IP44. According to the degree of dust, the sealing performance should be enhanced accordingly, that is, protection (mainly dust-proof). Ability) level should be increased to IP54 or IP64 accordingly.
Under normal circumstances, when the working environment humidity is not more than 85%, the protection level of the hoist crane is IP44, but at present, there are more and more occasions that require higher humidity, and there are many occasions that require 100% humidity, such as nuclear power plants. High-pressure water is also used to flush nuclear dust pollution from nuclear equipment, and the protection level of the lifting equipment used must be improved. For this reason, when the humidity is 85% ~ 100%, the protection level of the crane motor and electrical appliances should be IP55.
In a humid environment, a preheating and drying device should be added to the motor above 1OKW. A rain cover should be added to the motor and electrical appliances of the hoist crane operating in the open air.
①The driver's cab should be a closed driver's cab equipped with electric fans or air-conditioning.
②Temperature control devices such as thermistors should be embedded on the motor windings and the casing. When the temperature exceeds a certain value, the power will be cut off and shut down for protection, or a special electric fan should be added to the motor for forced cooling and cooling.
①A closed driver's cab should be used, and a heating device should be installed in the driver's cab.
②Remove ice and snow from tracks, ladders and walking platforms in time to prevent slipping and falling injuries.
③The main force-bearing members or components of the crane should be made of low-alloy steel or not less than Q235—common carbon steel (referring to below -20°C).
When operating on the ground, the non-following control mode should be adopted, that is, the operator does not move with the lateral movement of the hoisting load. The flashlight door is not suspended under the electric hoist switch box, but is separately suspended on a slideway, so that it can stay away. Lift the load and operate in a suitable position to avoid the danger of being hit by the lifting load.
When operating on the ground: the operating speed of the crane must be under the condition of v≤45m/min to prevent the operator from racing with the crane too fast.
The hoist-type single-beam crane generally adopts ground remote operation mode. In special environments, the appropriate operation mode should be selected according to the environment.
