1. Gantry crane inspection system

1.  The project department regularly conducts joint inspections of gantry cranes under the project department every Wednesday. The inspectors are composed of supervisors, project department safety, quality, materials department, and electricians.
2.  Operators are required to check the gantry crane regularly before and after the shift every day.
3.  The operator should visually observe the working condition of the crane and the situation that the crane can visually observe at any time during work.
4.  Make a record of inspection and maintenance.
5.  If the problem is found, stop the operation, report it in time, and use it again after the problem is found out or repaired.

What to check

1.  Metal structure: Check the connection, cracks, cracks, deformation, fracture, corrosion and other abnormal phenomena of the metal structure.
2.  Door crane and trolley operating mechanism: check whether the transmission shaft support and shaft, key, coupling, gear box, etc. are loose, and tighten it; check and adjust the braking gap of the brake, requiring good contact, sensitivity and reliability; Check the rotation of the traveling wheel.
3.  Lifting mechanism: check whether the wire rope is in good condition, if there is broken wire wear, it should be replaced according to the technical specifications; check whether the hook and pulley are cracked and severely worn; check and adjust the brake and limit device, requiring safety, sensitivity, reliable.
4.  Lubrication device: All bearings, brake hinge points, moving parts are required to be lubricated in accordance with the specified lubrication requirements, and an appropriate amount of lubricant is added; check the oil level and oil quality of the gear reducer, and add or replace the lubricant as needed; check There is no oil leakage at each lubrication point.
5.  Electrical and control devices: check the control panel, exchange contacts; check, adjust, and replace the motor brushes; check whether the conductive sliding frame is loose, whether the limit switch is flexible and reliable; check whether the protection device is complete, tight and reliable .
6.  Clean and tidy: clean all parts of the door crane to be free of dust, grease, and rust; check and fill up the defective parts and screws and tighten them to keep them intact.

2.Gantry crane maintenance system
