1. Drivers who operate gantry cranes in our factory must be trained , qualified and have an operation certificate issued by the Technical Supervision Bureau, and have passed the training and examination of the Ministry of Public Works Security before they can operate. The equipment is allowed to be used. When the license expires, a review must be conducted. Drivers who fail to review or pass the review are strictly prohibited from operating.
2. Drivers are strictly prohibited from driving when they are tired, sick, sleep deprived, and drunk.
3. The operator checks the brakes, hooks, wire ropes and safety devices according to the requirements of the daily checklist, and finds abnormal conditions and should be eliminated.
4. Before driving, make sure that the anchoring device and the rail clamp have been loosened, and whether the iron wedges have been removed.
5. Before driving, you must carefully observe the situation at the work site, and check the current and voltage conditions to ensure that there is no problem, drive under the guidance of the lifting commander, and follow the correct command of the lifting commander. If there are many people in command and chaotic command, the driver has the right to refuse to carry out the lifting. However, anyone who sends an emergency stop signal should stop immediately, and it is forbidden to carry out lifting work when the communication equipment is faulty.
6. Operators on duty are forbidden to carry their mobile phones on duty. Operators should hand over their mobile phones to a dedicated person for safekeeping before getting on the crane.
1. When the gantry crane is working, the driver cannot leave the driver's cab, and unauthorized persons are prohibited from boarding the machine.
2. When lifting a heavy object for the first time in each shift (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the weight should be lifted 0.5 meters away from the original position, and then the heavy object should be lowered to check the brake performance. After confirming the reliability, perform normal operations. .
3. During the operation, the operator should ring the bell for the following operations as required.
①. Lifting and landing heavy objects; when driving large and small vehicles;
②. When the line of sight is unclear, when the crane moves and passes, the bell should be sounded continuously;
③. When lifting heavy objects and approaching people.
4. The operation should be carried out according to the unified command signal .
5. The crane should be set up to watch the way, clear the obstacles on the track, and should observe the cable reel is retracting and unwinding, and the driver should be notified to stop immediately when abnormal conditions are found.
6. The lifting speed of heavy objects should be uniform, and emergency stop and high-speed descending are not allowed under non-special circumstances.
7. When there is a sudden power failure during work, all controller handles should be placed in the "zero" position, and the crane should be checked for normal operation before restarting work.
8. In the normal lifting process of the gantry crane, it is strictly forbidden to turn on the reverse brake to stop; when changing the movement direction of the large and small vehicles, the handle must be placed in the "zero" position, and the mechanism can be completely stopped. Drive in reverse.
9. When the two trolleys are used for lifting operations, the requirements in 4.2.110 must be strictly followed, and the diagonal cranes must not be pulled crookedly, and the two trolleys should be linked.
10. The maximum allowable angle of the wire rope in the direction of the trolley is 10% (6°) and 5% (3°) in the direction of the trolley. The above angle of the oblique pull refers to the occasional occurrence during lifting and turning operations. The angle shall not be used as the basis for linking.
11. The crane trolley is not allowed to lift two objects with two hooks at the same time; the non-working hook must be raised to a height close to the limit position.
12. It is not allowed to use the limit position limiter to stop, including lifting and lowering limit stop hooks. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the lifting mechanism brake under load.
13. Strictly implement the " ten no hanging " system.
14. Don't hang the lifting object in the air when the work is stopped. If the hook cannot be removed due to work needs, the operator should not leave the crane. It is forbidden for loads or hooks to pass over people's heads, and it is also forbidden for loads and hooks to carry people. When the loads or hooks pass over any object, they should be two meters higher than the object.
15. Escalators, platforms, and railings should be cleaned frequently of soil, ice and grease, and kept clean. It is prohibited to refuel, adjust, repair and clean during operation.
16. The door to the machine room of the trolley should be closed tightly to prevent rainwater from entering when it rains and causing serious accidents.
17. The driver should pay close attention to the crane and surrounding conditions, and must stop when abnormal conditions occur.
18. When the wind force is greater than 7, stop working, clamp the track with a rail clamp, and place the iron wedges.
19. In the event of a typhoon warning, precautions should be taken in advance, and the crane must stop at the anchoring area for anchoring.
1. Raise the hook to a certain height to prevent the head of the wind ambassador from hitting the legs on both sides, park the cart and the trolley at the designated position, and place the controller handle at the "zero" position; cut off the main power supply and the driver will make the handoff Take over the record, close the doors and windows, clamp the rail clamp with ground anchors and place the iron wedges.
1. The maintenance crane should be parked at a safe place, cut off the power supply and hang a warning sign or lock it. A safety warning line must be set up on the ground and a "No Pass" sign should be hung. Only specialized personnel are allowed to perform maintenance work on cranes, and it is strictly forbidden for unqualified personnel and non-work support maintenance personnel to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance work.
2. When the equipment is being repaired, the operating personnel should be present and cooperate with the maintenance personnel in the trial run and other work.
3. When adding and replacing lubricating oil, and when applying paint, operators and maintenance personnel must take protective measures such as laying plastic sheets under the parts where leakage may occur to prevent oil and paint from directly spilling on the ground and polluting the environment. After the corresponding work is completed, waste oil, waste paint and plastic cloth should be collected and placed in a hazardous solid waste trash bin or a hazardous solid waste dump.
4. The operator should regularly lubricate the wire ropes, wheel bearings and other parts. The oil products required for lubrication shall be collected from the spare warehouse of the Public Works Security Department by the engineering department.
When the driver is operating the gantry crane, unrelated personnel should stay away from the gantry crane's working range. The crane driver should do a good job of management and operation before and after work, and during work.
