Bridge cranes are large-scale special equipment. Operators must study and pass the examination of the safety operation rules of the bridge cranes before they can operate the bridge cranes independently, and operate the bridge cranes in strict accordance with the safety operation rules of the bridge cranes. The operator who operates the crane must have sufficient knowledge of the equipment.

1.  Before starting the job, you must wear and use labor protection products correctly, and be familiar with the safety operating procedures of the job.
2.  Enter the work post and conduct a thorough and careful inspection of the safety devices and protective facilities of all equipment in the post before operation.
3.  Send a signal before driving, and check whether there are people or obstacles in the operating part of the equipment. Only after confirming that it is correct, can you drive.
4.  Drivers of bridge cranes must undergo professional and strict safety training before taking up their posts with a certificate. They must obey commanders or hanging personnel during work, and are not allowed to move at will. The operation should be gradually accelerated or slowed down. When driving in the opposite direction, the controller should be retracted to zero for a while, and then the controller should be moved in the opposite direction. It is not allowed to use the limit device to drive and stop, and it is not allowed to use the large and small hooks to perform two operations at the same time. Kind of homework.
5.  Overhead crane hanging, placing heavy bags, and heavy slag tanks must be carried out under the command of a special person, and the commander must confirm that the hanging is secure; when someone cooperates with hanging objects, the bridge crane driver must confirm the position of the ground operator , The operating posture is safe and non-hazardous, wait until the cooperating personnel and surrounding personnel are in a safe position before lifting.
6.  Sudden lifting of lifting objects is strictly prohibited. When the wire rope is close to straightening (tightening), the position of the large and small carts should be adjusted to prevent oblique lifting; when landing close to the ground, it must be lowered by jog to ensure a balanced landing of the object. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden to adjust the brake.
7.  When lifting molten steel, molten iron ladle or important objects , do not hang small hooks in advance. After the hanging objects are slightly lifted, they should be moved down from the original place, and the operation can be performed after confirming that the brakes and hanging are correct. When hanging or dropping metal liquid on the ground, the rise and fall should be slow and steady to prevent splashing and scalding; when dropping, the place should be seated correctly and then the place should be flat and dry, except for turning over and turning lightly. Outside of the object, the main payment hook cannot be activated at the same time. Ladles that have not poured slag or have excess steel are not allowed to be placed in watery areas or wet places.
8.  When turning, swinging, and turning operations must be carried out under the command of a special person, and no one is allowed to stop or pass through the dangerous area of the operation.
9.  During the operation of the bridge crane, it is strictly forbidden to throw objects downwards. Strictly implement the " ten no hoisting " and "three no crossings". The driver should pay attention to the surrounding personnel and obstructions and the operation of the adjacent bridge crane, and the two vehicles should drive in the same direction. At the same time, keep a distance of more than two meters to prevent collisions and crowding accidents. When it is necessary to jack the vehicle, notify the driver of the jacked vehicle in advance, release the brake slightly with permission and confirm safety, and then jack the vehicle under the command of a special person.
10.  The main and auxiliary hooks of the bridge crane should be decelerated in advance and jog slowly before the bridge crane approaches the limit device during the hoisting and approaching limit device during work; to prevent the limit failure and cause an accident.
11.  When getting on and off the bridge crane, you must contact the driver. After the driver has stopped the car, move the interlock switch to the power-off position before getting on and off the car. When going up and down the bridge crane from the landing, the driver must be called and answered to ensure safety.
12.  After a crash or large vibration occurs, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the mechanical and electrical equipment should be carefully inspected. After the equipment is overhauled and confirmed to be normal, the operation can be carried out.
13.  In case of emergency stop signal during work, stop immediately.
14.  Each bridge crane has an operating card. Without an operating card, it is not allowed to drive with electricity. The operating card must be carried with you and handed over to the successor in person when the shift is over. It is strictly forbidden to cross from one bridge crane to another bridge crane to prevent high-altitude fall accidents, and it is strictly forbidden to go up and down the bridge crane from the informal boarding position. It is strictly forbidden to walk on the bridge crane, and no people are allowed to stop on the end beam.
15.  When the driver changes or cooperates with the replacement of the wire rope, a special person must be responsible for organization and command. The order of work and the method of operation must be clear. After the replacement, the driver will contact the top and bottom to confirm that it is correct. The driver must ring the bell twice before starting. After confirming that there is no danger, then follow the instructions to drive.
16.  The lighting, contact warning signal, power cord, and brake box switch on the bridge crane must be intact, and any problems must be repaired in time.
17.  Electromagnetic hoisting is not allowed to lift objects to prevent objects from falling and hurting people.
18.  It is strictly forbidden to hold the track of the trolley by hand; the trolley is not allowed to do any work if the car is not stopped.
19.  Observe all warning signs on site, and do not hit various warning signs, ladders, railings, platforms, equipment, etc.
20.  Objects such as tools and spare parts used for maintenance of equipment (such as replacement of coupling brake shoes) must be placed firmly to prevent falling objects at a high altitude. When loading and unloading joints, the main power supply of the bridge crane must be cut off.
21.  When overhauling or handling equipment failures, you must cut off the power supply, hang up the "No Switching On" sign, and confirm that it is correct before you can work.
22.  It is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol before and during the class, and it is strictly forbidden to wear long coats to work. The job site must be kept clean and tidy, and shift work must be done well.

Overhead crane posts must strictly implement operating procedures to avoid production accidents due to negligence.
