Scrap standard of electric hoist drum

The reel is one of the main accessories of the electric hoist , and it is a relatively durable part. Various problems will inevitably occur after a long time of use. The wear of electric hoist drum has the following two points:

1. Since the wire rope must be tightened after lifting, the wire rope has a relative sliding in the groove, if the lubrication is not good, it will accelerate the wear of the drum groove.

Hazard: The reel wears faster, increasing the potential safety hazard. Reduce the service life of the electric hoist.

2. The groove peaks of the reel are rubbed due to the deflection of the wire rope to the groove during winding, so the groove peaks are gradually sharpened until they are flattened. The severe groove wear can not control the order of the wire rope in the groove. And often change jobs.

Hazards: cause the wire rope to "hop over", in severe cases, the wire rope will slip off, cause heavy objects to shake, and endanger the safety of operators.

In order to ensure the safe use of electric hoists, to ensure the safety of enterprise production. When the electric hoist drum reaches the scrapping standard, it must be scrapped and replaced in time. The inspection and scrapping standards are as follows:

• (1) The reel has a single air hole or sand hole, the diameter of which is not more than 8mm, the depth is not more than 4mm, and not more than 1 point per 100mm length. When there are not more than 5 points on the entire processing surface of the reel, repair welding is not required. continue to use.
• (2) The surface roughness of the rope groove of the reel is 3.2. After the rope groove of the reel is processed, the wall thickness difference shall not be greater than 4mm. If necessary, four holes with a diameter of 4mm with a diameter of 90° can be drilled in the same section. Check.
• (3) For drums with a length not exceeding 1m, the coaxiality of the center lines at both ends is 0.15 mm; for drums with a length greater than 1m, the coaxiality of the center lines at both ends is 0.2mm.
• (4) The ridge of the rope groove of the reel is not allowed to have a length exceeding 2% of the circumference of the thread; the depth is not more than 2mm.
• (5) The reel shall be scrapped when one of the following situations occurs:
  • a. Cracks;
  • b. The cylinder wall wears up to 20% of the original wall thickness;
  • c. The structure groove is worn to such an extent that the wire rope cannot be controlled.
