1.1 The electronically controlled speed regulating winch is driven by the winding asynchronous motor, and the rotor circuit is connected in series with different resistors to change the output speed of the motor.

  1.  The rotor resistance and contactor are all placed in the explosion-proof box. There are many explosion-proof boxes and occupy a large area of the cavity;
  2.  During the speed adjustment process, the rotor resistance participates in the work, and the energy of the speed adjustment slip is all converted into the heat generation of the rotor resistance, because the explosion-proof box is difficult to dissipate heat, and it is difficult to run at low speed for a long time;
  3.  When lowering the load, it should be equipped with dynamic braking. Also due to heat dissipation, it is difficult to lower the load at low speed.
