Transmission principle of bridge crane
The bridge crane realizes the movement of materials in space through the coordinated movement of various components. The movement of the bridge crane consists of the longitudinal movement of the trolley, the transverse movement of the trolley and the up and down movement of the hook.
- The drive of the lifting system, that is, the up and down movement of the weight: the power source of the lifting mechanism comes from the motor. The motor transmits the power to the high-speed shaft end of the reducer through the gear coupling, compensation shaft and brake wheel coupling, so as to reduce the required speed of the high-speed passing of the motor. The reducer is output through the low-speed shaft of the reducer and the internal gear ring on the drum. The power is transmitted to the drum group, and then lifted by the steel wire rope and pulley group, so as to achieve the purpose of weight lifting and weight lifting.
- The driving of the crane trolley operation system, that is, the left and right movement of the weight: the power is generated by the motor and transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the vertical three-stage reducer through the brake wheel coupling, compensation shaft and half tooth coupling. After the high-speed shaft of the motor is reduced to the required number of rotations through the vertical three-stage reducer, the power is output from the low-speed shaft of the reducer and then through the half tooth coupling. The device, compensation shaft and half tooth coupling are connected with the shaft of the automobile electric wheel to drive the rotation of the automobile electric wheel and complete the transverse transportation of automobile heavy objects.
- Lateral movement of heavy objects in the workshop: the power is generated by the motor. The motor is transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the reducer through the brake wheel coupling, compensation shaft and half tooth coupling. The high-speed rotation of the motor is reduced to the required speed by the reducer output by the low-speed shaft of the reducer; It is composed of full tooth coupling and main motor shaft. So as to drive the main wheel of the vehicle to rotate and complete the vertical lifting of the weight on the bridge. The driving mechanisms at both ends of the trolley are the same.
Through these three movement modes, the bridge crane can carry objects arbitrarily in the movable space, so as to improve the work efficiency and production efficiency.
