Trial operation of electric hoist single beam crane

The commissioning of the crane shall include pre commissioning inspection, no-load commissioning, static load and dynamic load commissioning. The next operation is not allowed until the previous step is qualified.

(1) No load commissioning of crane shall meet the following requirements:

1.  The motor of each mechanism is started separately and operates normally. The track is not blocked when the crane and trolley are running. The action of each brake is accurate and timely, and the action of limit switch and safety device is accurate and reliable.
2.  Make the mechanism run slowly first, and then gradually rise to the rated speed. Travel agencies should travel 2-3 times in their respective itinerary. Speed adjustment, reversing and braking shall be normal. The operation time of the lifting mechanism shall not be less than 10min.
3.  When the hook drops to the lowest position, the number of rings of the steel wire rope on the drum shall not be less than 2 (except the fixed ring).
4.  In case of conductive cable, the speed of cable laying and winding shall be coordinated with the speed of corresponding mechanism, and can meet the requirements of working limit position.
5.  All switches shall be sensitive and reliable.

(2) The static load test of the crane shall meet the following requirements:

1.  Park the trolley within the span of the crane, gradually load it for hoisting and commissioning until the rated load, so that the trolley can travel on the bridge or cantilever for several times. There shall be no abnormalities in all parts of the whole journey, and the bridge structure shall remain normal after unloading. D. no abnormality.
2.  Stop the trolley within the span of the crane and raise the rated weight by 1.25 times without impact. At a height of 100-200mm above the ground, the suspension dwell time shall not be less than 10 minutes, and instability shall not occur. Then unload and drive the trolley to the end of the span or leg to check the metal structure of the crane bridge. No crack, no crack, no instability. Welding cracks, paint falling off and other defects affecting safety, damage or looseness.
3.  The measurement of camber of main beam or cantilever beam shall be greater than 0.7s/1000 mm.

(3) Firstly, the lifting rated load is 0.5 times, 0.7 times, 1 times and 1.1 times, so that the car can travel on the main beam for many times. No problem. The car and trolley run at the same time. The cumulative start-up and operation time shall not be less than 1 hour. The action of each mechanism shall be flexible, stable and reliable, and the action of safety protection, interlocking device and limit switch shall be accurate and reliable.

(4) The trial operation of the crane shall strictly comply with the general rules for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering and the code for construction and acceptance of hoisting equipment installation engineering.
