Its safety is good, it is convenient to make, and it can be used much. However, the quality of the splicing must be ensured. The splicing length should not be less than 4 to 5 lay lengths, and the rope guard ring should be intact without falling off. Checks for broken wires, wear, corrosion, and deformation should be carried out on each shift.
Slippery head hook is a kind of connection device in which tungsten gold is poured into the body of the slidable rope head with hooks in a scattered shape. It is often used for main inclined shaft hoisting. Its safety is good, the longevity winch is long and the operator has a long life, but the manufacturing process is more complicated, so the صغيرة ونش is rarely used, and it is mostly used for the main inclined shaft surface wellhead lifting. The quality of the tungsten-gold infusion process of the hook must be strictly guaranteed, otherwise an accident of the wire rope will occur. "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" stipulates and requirements for connecting devices:
(1) The connection between the mine cart and the connection between the mine cart and the steel wire rope during transportation in inclined shafts must use a connection device that can not fall off by itself, and install a safety rope. ,.
(2) The wire rope connecting device used for transportation in inclined lanes must be tested with a tensile force twice its maximum static load each time the wire rope is changed. The minecart connection device shall be subjected to a tensile test twice the maximum dead load at least once a year.
(3) For the connecting device of the lifting container used in the inclined shaft for lifting materials, the safety factor based on the breaking strength shall not be less than lo; the safety factor of the beam, the bumper and the connecting pin of the mine car, the connecting device for the endless rope transportation, its safety The coefficient must not be less than 6.
The safety rope is added when the inclined shaft is hoisted. The purpose of the safety rope is to prevent the link between the wire rope and the mine cart and the link between the mine cart and the mine cart from breaking or breaking the car and causing a sports car accident.
The safety rope must be selected by calculation, and its length must be consistent with the specified number of vehicles in order to prevent overtaking the trailer.
There are generally two forms of insurance ropes:
(1) Single rope safety rope
One end of the single-rope safety rope is clamped on the hook head, and the other end is made of a rope buckle, which is connected with the tail car of the mine car with a bolt. At this time, the safety rope must be placed on the upper part of the mine cart and placed stably to prevent it from slipping off. As shown in Figure 3-5.
(2) Loop rope safety rope
This kind of safety rope encloses the safety wire rope into a circular ring, and its two rope ends are clamped on the upper part of the hook head together, and the rope loop is put on the mine cart when in use. The advantage is that it is not easy to slip off, but the operation is not very convenient.
