Class A factory buildings need to install level four explosion-proof cranes

Some customers need to install explosion-proof cranes (including explosion-proof single-beam cranes and explosion-proof double-beam cranes) because of industry requirements, but they only know that their plant is a Class A plant and do not know how many levels of explosion-proof cranes should be installed. The editor will give you a brief introduction.

Class A workshops cannot have sparks, and need to install a four-level explosion-proof crane, that is, the explosion-proof level is dIICT4.

Which plants are classified as Class A plants

The terms of Class A factory buildings are determined according to the purpose of the factory buildings. There are provisions in the packaging and transportation principles of hazardous chemicals. Flammable materials with lightning less than 28° are called Class A dangerous chemicals. There is no explicit stipulation for Class A factory buildings or Class A warehouses. It is a relatively popular term for everyone to identify various types of factory buildings.

Class A factory standard:

  1.  Liquid with flash point less than 28℃.
  2.  Gas with lower explosion limit less than 10%.
  3.  Substances that can decompose by themselves at room temperature or oxidize in the air can cause rapid spontaneous combustion or explosion.
  4.  Substances that can produce combustible gas and cause combustion or explosion under the action of water or water vapor in the air at room temperature.
  5.  A strong oxidant that can easily cause combustion or explosion when exposed to acid, heat, impact, friction, catalysis, and flammable inorganic substances such as organic matter or sulfur.
  6.  Substances that can cause combustion or explosion when subjected to impact, friction, or contact with oxidants or organic matter.
  7.  Production where the operating temperature is greater than or equal to the spontaneous ignition point of the substance in a closed device.

Class A workshops have relatively high requirements for explosion-proof, so it is necessary to install a four-level explosion-proof crane. If you don't know the explosion-proof level too much, you can contact us to communicate.
