According to data released by the Georgian Statistics Office a few days ago, in January 2023, China will be Georgia's second largest export market.
Data show that in January 2023, Georgia exported goods worth US$76.7 million to Russia; China ranked second with an export value of US$28.5 million; Turkey ranked third with an export value of US$27.5 million. Russia, China and Turkey were Georgia's top three export destinations that month.
Georgia's exports in January reached 459 million US dollars, an increase of 38.5% over the same period last year.
