Countless ringtones pass far over the moraine, and one should carry white training to Anxi. The sound of camel bells and the stretching of the Silk Road. China is connected to the mountains and rivers of Central Asia and is an inseparable good neighbor. The towering Tianshan Mountains, the Altar Mount Taishan Mountains and the Pamir Plateau closely connect China and Central Asia. The winding Kizil River, the Toshkan River and the Ertix River jointly nourish the people of China and Central Asia. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan are located in the center of the Eurasian continent, and the natural extension of geography closely connects China with the fate of Central Asia. In June 2014, the "Silk Road: the road network of Chang'an Tianshan Corridor" jointly declared by China, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan was included in the UNESCO The World Heritage List, which is the first Silk Road heritage listed in the world and China's first transnational joint heritage application project.

China and the people of Central Asia are interconnected and inseparable good partners. In Samarkand, the ancient city of Uzbekistan known as the "crossroads of world culture," the Confucius Square located in the city center is bustling with people, becoming a "checkpoint" connecting the hearts of the two peoples. In the 1940s, Xian Xinghai, a famous Chinese musician, wrote the symphonic poem Amangeld in Almaty based on the story of Kazakh national hero. More than seventy years later, Kazakh young singer Dimashi, who had a high popularity in China, devoted himself to singing the Chinese anti epidemic English song "We Are One" produced by Xinhua News Agency, touching the world. In October 2017, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, opened the first Chinese bookstore in Central Asia, "Shangs". At the opening ceremony, Kyrgyz parliamentary member Imanalyev called it "as precious as gold" in his speech. Chinese apricot trees were spread to Central Asia through the ancient Silk Road, becoming one of the favorite fruit trees among the Tajiks; Nowadays, the apricot seedlings planted by the Central University for Nationalities from Tajikistan have grown into forests, promoting the close friendship between China and Tajikistan. Turkmenistan imports natural gas into China, and the "blue gold" of Central Asia warms the winter for thousands of households in China.

The relationship between China and Central Asia has entered a new era. In 2022, the trade volume between the two sides exceeded 70 billion US dollars, an increase of about 100 times compared to when diplomatic relations were established in 1992, and China's direct investment stock in Central Asia reached nearly 15 billion US dollars. Since its construction began in 2007, China and Central Asian countries have built nearly 10000 kilometers of cross-border natural gas transmission pipelines, making it the world's longest cross-border gas transmission pipeline. Decoding the secret of cooperation between China and Central Asian countries is mutual respect, good neighborliness, solidarity, and mutual benefit.

The achievements of cooperation stem from a high degree of mutual trust. China has always placed its neighboring countries at the top of its diplomatic agenda, taking promoting peace, stability, and development as its own responsibility, and never seeking geopolitical interests in neighboring regions, including Central Asia. China has established a comprehensive strategic partnership with all five Central Asian countries and is actively practicing a community of shared future at the bilateral level.

The results of cooperation stem from the needs of development. For Asia, development remains a top priority. China and Central Asian countries have comprehensively strengthened practical cooperation, transforming the advantages of political relations, geographical proximity, and economic complementarity into practical cooperation and sustained growth advantages. Central Asia is the signing place of China's first memorandum of understanding on jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt. Both sides will strengthen the docking of development strategies, and the super large scale market and abundant resource endowment will undoubtedly play a more significant synergistic effect.

The achievements of cooperation stem from honesty and harmony. Dear friend, dear neighbor. China and many ethnic groups in Central Asia share the same lineage and cross border, and coexist harmoniously in diverse cultures. The people of both sides share the same language and frequently come and go, inheriting a warm friendship. In particular, during the COVID-19, the two sides were even more dependent on each other to overcome difficulties. Central Asian enterprises donated money for the Chinese people to fight the epidemic. Central Asian people trusted and admired the Chinese vaccine. The people of China and Central Asia provide selfless support to each other in the process of "mutual powder", and traditional friendship has been refined and sublimated.

At the age of thirty, China's relations with Central Asia stand at a new historical starting point. China will uphold the concept of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit, and inclusiveness to develop friendly cooperation with Central Asian countries, unite sincerely, work hard, and make greater contributions to the security, stability, development, and prosperity of Asia.

Jointly promote stability in Asia. In today's unstable and uncertain international situation, Asia urgently needs a stronger and stronger China Central Asia relationship. Both sides are ready and actively preparing for the first China Central Asia Summit. Guided by the diplomacy of the head of state, we will strengthen the strategic planning and top-level design of bilateral relations, and create a blueprint for cooperation between China and Central Asia in the new era. In multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and CICA, China will also work closely with Central Asian countries to find the "greatest common divisor" of cooperation in addressing global and regional challenges such as Afghanistan, and jointly forge an "anchor of stability" in Asia.

Collaborate on the development of Asia. The third "the Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum is getting ready. China warmly welcomes Central Asian countries to come to China to discuss cooperation plans and promote cooperation in various fields such as sustainable development, economy and trade, investment, finance, science and technology, transportation, hydropower, information technology, ecology and green energy. Both sides will continue to upgrade the convenient and efficient land sea intermodal transportation "artery" that runs across Europe and Asia, and jointly create new growth points for production, logistics, and transportation in Asia. China will deepen industrial and investment cooperation with Central Asian countries, maintain the stability of Asia's industrial and supply chains, jointly advance towards the high-end of the world value chain, and promote Asia to become a new highland for implementing global development initiatives.

Co protect Asian security. The world has entered a new period of turbulence and transformation, and the importance of security issues has further become prominent. China will strengthen development cooperation with Central Asia, implement global security initiatives, eliminate the breeding ground of the "three forces", crack down on illegal trafficking in drugs, weapons, ammunition, and explosives, combat transnational organized crime, safeguard international information security, and jointly combat illegal immigration, human trafficking, money laundering, economic crime, and corruption, so that people can live and work in peace, dignity, and happiness. China and Central Asian countries will work together to firmly oppose foreign interference and resist the "color revolution", weaving a strong and powerful "security net" for the economic and social development of Asia.

Jointly shaping Asian civilization. China and Central Asia both belong to Asian civilizations, and exchange and mutual learning are the most effective ways to promote mutual understanding and affinity. China will strengthen joint projects with Central Asian countries in fields such as education, science, culture, sports, and the protection of commemorative facilities, deepen cooperation in fields such as music, drama, movies, radio and television, and libraries, promote youth communication and dialogue between the two sides, and expand the "circle of friends". China and Central Asia will jointly implement the Global Civilization Initiative, driving Asia to form a diverse and interactive pattern of cultural integration and people-to-people communication.

As a whole, hearts and minds are connected, and the power of unity can turn hard rocks into lava "is a poem sung by the famous Turkmen poet Mahtoumkuri about unity. China and Central Asia have always been good neighbors, good partners, good friends, and good brothers worth trusting and relying on each other. Both sides will jointly promote high-quality development, build a closer China Central Asia community with a shared future, work together to "move towards the future", solve Asia's peace deficit, development deficit, security deficit, and governance deficit, inject more stability and positive energy into Asia, and make new positive contributions to promoting world peace and development.
