The relationship between Central Asian countries and China has reached its highest level in history, and both sides are willing to continue deepening cooperation, laying the foundation for further improving the Central Asia China mechanism.

The China China Asia Summit is about to be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China, which will become an important milestone in the history of good-neighborly and friendly relations between Central Asian countries and China. It will effectively promote the high-level development of bilateral relations and inject strong momentum into building a closer Central Asia China community with a shared future.

Central Asian countries and China are connected by mountains and rivers, and the two sides were connected more than 2000 years ago through the ancient Silk Road. In 1992, China took the lead in establishing diplomatic relations with Central Asian countries, opening the door to exchanges and cooperation between the two sides. Over the past 31 years, both sides have embarked on a new path of good neighborliness, friendship, and win-win cooperation, becoming a model for building a new type of international relations. Both sides firmly support each other on issues related to each other's core interests. Currently, the relationship between Central Asian countries and China has reached its highest level in history, and both sides are willing to continue deepening cooperation, laying the foundation for further improving the Central Asia China mechanism.

Central Asia is the place where the "the Belt and Road" initiative was initiated. In the past 10 years, the cooperation between Central Asian countries and China on the "the Belt and Road" has yielded fruitful results. A series of major cooperation projects have helped the five Central Asian countries improve infrastructure and promote industrialization. Connectivity is a priority direction for cooperation between Central Asian countries and China. The rapid development of China Europe freight trains passing through Central Asia has greatly shortened the logistics time between China and Europe, and enhanced the position of Central Asian countries in international trade. Both sides announced the comprehensive implementation of the "Initiative on Deepening China Central Asia Connectivity Cooperation", and jointly build a three-dimensional and comprehensive connectivity network that integrates roads, railways, aviation, ports, etc. The China Kyrgyzstan Ukraine Railway project has made positive progress, and this highly anticipated railway will contribute to promoting personnel and trade exchanges among countries along the line.

At the video summit marking the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the five Central Asian countries and China, all parties jointly announced the creation of a community with a shared future between Central Asia and China. This points the way for Central Asian countries to further strengthen cooperation with China. At the bilateral and multilateral levels, Central Asian countries and China will deepen communication in various fields such as high-quality development, security, cultural exchanges, and cooperation mechanism construction, and continuously create new highlights of cooperation. Currently, various global challenges are emerging one after another, and China is playing a more important role in promoting world peace and development. Central Asian countries welcome and support China's global development initiative, global security initiative, and global civilization initiative.

Currently, Uzbekistan is fully promoting its own reform and development, and China's rich experience in poverty reduction, digital economy, and other fields will provide important reference for Uzbekistan. Taking the upcoming China China Asia Summit as an opportunity, Uzbekistan looks forward to further expanding cooperation with China in bilateral and multilateral fields, adding impetus to their respective development, and making new and greater contributions to regional peace and development.
