The University of Thailand Chamber of Commerce announced that the consumer confidence index in March was 53.8, the 10th consecutive month of growth, close to the pre epidemic level. The reason for the sustained recovery of consumption is the strong recovery of the tourism industry, with a large influx of tourists into Thailand bringing in a large amount of funds. In addition, regional economic activity has improved and oil prices have decreased. The Chamber of Commerce University pointed out that the consumption power of Thai people has significantly increased, with an increase in consumption of houses, cars, and tourism. Chamber of Commerce University expects Thailand's economy to grow by 3.3% -3.5% this year.
