The official of the Department of International Trade Promotion of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand revealed that the work arrangement for the signing of the mini free trade agreement in 2023 was being prepared to sign the mini free trade agreement with Shenzhen and Yunnan Province of China, as the latest measure of the business community to achieve the export growth goal in 2023. The Ministry of Commerce said that the China Laos Railway has been put into operation for more than one year and will become an important link between Thailand and Yunnan in the future. Thai products and services will have more opportunities to enter the Chinese market. Taking Hainan as an example, the Ministry of Commerce plans to use Thailand's advantages to enter the Hainan consumer market, and the bilateral trade will increase to 12 billion baht in the next two years. The Ministry of Commerce also plans to sign mini free trade agreements with six Indian federal governments to deepen cooperation in food, beverage, digital industry, cosmetics and biotechnology. Cooperation with South Korea, Pakistan, the Middle East and Africa is also under negotiation.
