According to the Vietnamese website on August 7th, the participation of Vietnamese automotive industry enterprises in the global supply chain is not deep. A recent study by Toyota Vietnam showed that over 75% of Vietnamese companies often encounter problems in production methods, job standardization, and product quality control. Most companies lack management of product processes or delivery times, resulting in waste and large inventory.
The automotive industry integrates the essence of technology, production methods, and modern management. Only through cooperation and continuous learning can Vietnamese companies improve product quality and seize the opportunity to become a global automotive parts supplier. In early July, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade signed a memorandum of cooperation with Toyota Vietnam to help supporting enterprises in the Vietnamese automotive industry increase production capacity and enhance connectivity with automotive companies. Toyota Vietnam has selected 1 official supplier and 7 potential suppliers, and has provided training to 60 Vietnamese suppliers. The total number of domestically produced products in Vietnam's automotive supporting industry has reached nearly a thousand.
Bridge cranes are widely used in the automotive industry. For example, in automobile factories, bridge cranes can be used to transport large components, hot-rolled coils, transformers, and other heavy and bulky items. At the same time, bridge cranes can also be paired with various fixtures or other robotic arms to carry workpieces of various models and weights. I believe that with the development of the automotive industry in Vietnam, the demand for overhead cranes in Vietnam will become increasingly high.
