Where is the intelligence of smart cranes? What are the advantages of European cranes compared with traditional cranes? If I want to buy a 10 ton overhead crane, which crane is more suitable?

Let me first talk about the role of smart cranes.

Swing control: prevent load swing due to acceleration and deceleration, reduce load cycle time;

Shock Load Resistant: Ensures smooth load pickup and prevents harmful shocks to the load and crane;

Protection zone: Up to 16 predefined no-passing zones can be set for cranes; improve safety;

Inching: allows approaching the load target with extreme precision, increasing productivity and safety when very precise load placement is required;

Targeting: Allows duty cycles in the most frequently used positions to be performed using only two buttons; improves safety and significantly reduces duty cycle times.

Compared with traditional cranes, European-style cranes have the smallest limit distance from the hook to the wall, the lowest clearance height, and can work closer to the front. The lifting height is higher, which actually increases the effective working space of the existing factory building. To sum up, European cranes have several advantages:

1. European-style cranes reduce customer investment, make full use of plant space, and improve production efficiency.

2. European-style cranes are well-combined, with many specifications and complete product series, which can cover most of the needs of customers.

3. European-style cranes are safe and reliable, with advanced design concepts and mature technology to ensure product design.

4. The advanced control technology and high-quality key components of the European-style crane ensure the excellent performance of the crane.

5. The performance of the European crane is reliable, the failure rate is low, and the cost of use and subsequent maintenance is reduced.

6. European-style crane intelligent equipment, reserved a variety of functional interfaces to make function expansion easier.

Because the European crane has the characteristics of light weight and small wheel pressure, the new workshop space can be designed to be smaller and more fully functional. A smaller facility means significant savings in the initial construction investment, as well as long-term heating, air conditioning, and other maintenance costs.

There is no clear standard on how to choose the type of crane, it depends on your budget and the working conditions of the factory floor. Generally speaking, if there is no special requirement, it is recommended to buy traditional cranes, because they are cheap and reliable in performance.
