Hello everyone, today I recommend a 5 ton single-girder grab overhead crane. What needs to be clarified is that the LDZ single-girder grab crane is basically the same as the LD electric single-girder crane, except that the grab mechanism is different. Equipped with a grab lift trolley, this crane is suitable for handling almost all loose and bulk materials such as rubbish, industrial materials and sand. Overhead cranes have lifting capacities ranging from 2 tons to 10 tons and work class A4. This crane cannot be used in flammable, explosive or corrosive environments. It is ideal for lifting in mining, waste treatment plants, steel mills and power plants.

The grab bridge crane is composed of main parts such as bridge frame, grab lifting trolley, crane operating mechanism and electrical control system.

Bridge: This metal structure consists of main girders and end girders. The main beam adopts a box-shaped structure composed of U-shaped groove and I-beam group.

Crane trolley: unit that lifts goods and runs horizontally along bridges. There are generally two sets of electric hoists installed on the trolley, one set is used to lift items up and down, and the other set is used to open and close the grab bucket. Electric hoists are mainly divided into two categories: wire rope hoists and chain hoists, and the former is mostly used.

Crane running mechanism: drive the whole crane to move back and forth along the runway beam. The operating mechanism adopts a separate drive method, which is completed by a conical rotor with a brake motor or an electromagnetic brake solid rotor motor. The running speed can be 20, 30, 45 m/min.

Electrical Control System: It is the unit that provides electricity for the functions of the crane. Electrical system design should consider matters such as lifting reliability, durability, and safety considerations.
