The installation methods of crane rails include pressing plate fixing method, hook screw fixing, welding and bolt joint fixing, etc. There are two commonly used track beams for installing tracks: one is a steel structure beam, and the other is a concrete precast beam.
If the track beam is a prefabricated concrete beam, there must be pre-embedded holes to prepare for the installation of bolts. Bolts can also be pre-embedded in the prefabricated concrete beam.
Among the three installation methods of crane rails, the pressing plate fixing method is the more commonly used one. When using the pressing plate fixing method to install the track, in order to facilitate the adjustment in the horizontal direction, the holes on the track pressing plate are often made long holes, and the vertical adjustment can be Add shims under the rails. When designing the track pressure plate, it must have sufficient rigidity. Each pressure plate can be made into a single hole or a double hole according to the magnitude of the force. Only when the track is connected to the track beam or the steel backing plate fixed on the track beam by welding, the car gear can be welded to the track.
The installation of the crane track is generally installed by the plant construction party. However, the installation of the crane is generally arranged by our manufacturer. In order to avoid the disconnection between the two, the installation quality of the track must be ensured when installing the track. Of course, if the company is not at ease, it can also be installed uniformly by our installers. But the prerequisite is that the track beam must be done well.
