The electric hoist shall be installed orderly and in strict accordance with each installation step.

Installation method of professional electric hoist

1.  When the electric hoist is packed, the main engine and relevant parts shall be disassembled and placed. During installation, check whether there is damage and reassemble. The reducer must be filled with oil before installation.
2.  After the suspended electric trolley is assembled with the main engine and installed on the I-steel track, ensure that a gap of 3-5mm is reserved between the edge of the walking wheel and the lower edge of the I-steel track, which is adjusted by the washer on the bolt.
3.  Check whether the plug block for fixing the steel wire rope is firmly installed, and add rope clamp as required.
4.  After the electric hoist is installed and powered on, raise the empty hook to the limit position to ensure that the distance between the highest point of the hook device and the drum shell is ≥ F, adjust and tighten the upper limit stop block, then lower the hook to the limit position to ensure that 2-3 circles of steel wire rope are left on the drum, and adjust and tighten the lower stop block.
5.  In order to ensure that the hoist does not derail or collide with the machine body at both ends of the track, stop blocks and buffer devices shall be set at both ends of the track.
6.  The grounding wire shall be set at both ends of the running I-steel track or on the structure frame connected with it. The grounding loop resistance at any point on the hoist shall not be greater than 0.1 Ω (the grounding wire can be 4-5mm2 bare copper wire or metal conductor with a section of not less than 25 mm2).
7.  Adjustment of motor braking performance.

The electric hoist is used to be installed on the overhead I-steel track or fixed on the frame to lift all kinds of heavy objects. It is often matched with electric single beam, electric double beam bridge, hoist gantry crane, etc.

Inspection and test methods for electric hoist after installation

1.  Check whether all lubricating parts are fully greased.
2.  Check whether the track connection is reliable.
3.  The power supply at the installation site shall ensure that the input voltage during motor operation is not less than 90% of the rated voltage (attention shall be paid to prevent excessive voltage drop due to too long cable and too small section). Please pay attention to the phase sequence when connecting the power supply.
4.  When the electric hoist is unloaded, turn on the power supply for forward and reverse rotation test, and check the control button, limiter, rope guide and other devices. At this time, the control circuit shall be correct, the operation direction shall be consistent with the direction indicated by the button, and all mechanisms shall work normally.
5.  If the steel wire rope is loose and wound disorderly, it shall be readjusted.
6.  Start the lifting and operating mechanism with the rated load to check whether the operation is normal, whether the sliding distance meets the regulations, and whether the reducer leaks oil.
7.  The position of the stop block of the limit rod device shall be adjusted after installation. The specific method does not need to be: make the electric hoist start without load. When the hook rises to the high position, the rope guide touches the stop block on the right, push the limit rod - stop, cut off the rising circuit, and the hook stops rising. At this time, the distance between the upper end face of the pulley housing and the lower end face of the drum housing shall be 50-150mm, Similarly, when the hook drops to the low position, the lowering circuit shall be cut off and the hook stops lowering. At this time, 2-3 circles (safety ring) of steel wire rope must be left on the drum.

Inspection before installation of electric hoist

1. Before installation, check whether the reducer of the lifting part of the electric hoist is filled with lubricating oil as required and whether the traveling part is filled with lubricating grease. Clear the greasy dirt or antirust oil on the tread of the electric trolley.
2. Carefully read the operation manual and other accompanying documents to understand the product structure. Check whether the electrical control box is wired according to the electrical diagram, and detect the insulation state of lifting motor and traveling motor.
3. Check whether the fixed end of the steel wire rope is tightened and whether the plug block is wedged firmly.
4. Check whether the control button wiring is correct, and the safety rope for fixing the button must be installed.
5. According to regulations, the hook must be painted with yellow and Black Zebra paint, and the hook safety device is complete.
6. There must be three pressing plates at each end when the steel wire rope is fixed with the drum, and the bolts must be fastened.
7. The exhauster shall be assembled correctly, and the rising and falling limit switches shall be installed correctly. Hoisting of electric hoist

The electric hoist can be installed by crane or hoisted with pulley block according to the actual situation of the construction site; During installation, protective measures must be taken for the binding rope to prevent damage to the equipment. The clearance between the inner side of the traveling wheel flange of the electric hoist and the I-steel track flange shall be ensured to be between 3-5mm, which is realized through gasket adjustment. This is the key and must be achieved.
