The sliding contact line is composed of sliding line guide rail, fixed support, tensioner, etc. It will be more and more widely used in enterprises. The sliding contact line shall be installed properly

1.  Before installing the sliding contact wire, it shall be corrected first. 15mm expansion joint shall be left at the joint of the two sliding contact wires, which shall be connected with flexible wire.
2.  When installing the closed sliding contact line, it needs to be installed in combination with the conditions of the construction site to ensure the good condition of the sliding contact line. It is best to install the support and accessories first, and then the sliding line.
3.  When installing the conductive slider, it shall be adjusted in combination with the position of the sliding contact line, so as to make the slider and the sliding contact line better contact.
4.  When installing the sliding contact wire for the electric single beam crane, the wiring shall be beautiful, well contacted and durable. The non friction conductive surface shall be coated with antirust paint to lay a solid foundation for the operation of the electric single beam crane.

The quality of the sliding contact line of the single beam crane will affect the good operation of the lifting equipment. The non-standard installation may lead to the deformation of the sliding contact line and poor power supply, so we must pay attention to it during installation.
