1.  Avoid collisions between the equipment and other objects when operating the gantry crane, so as to prevent the anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the metal structure from falling off. Because exposed metal is oxidized in contact with air, it will rust. Therefore, during the use of the gantry crane, it is necessary to check the integrity of the crane’s appearance frequently, and repair the damage in time.
2.  The movable parts of the gantry crane should be inspected regularly to avoid the lack of lubricating oil caused by rain washing and damage to the equipment.
3.  For gantry cranes that have not been used for a long time, necessary protections should be taken:
   1.  The movable parts are painted with No. -10 or No. -20 diesel. This can not only wash away the substances that are easy to corrode the equipment, but also form an oil film on the metal surface, which is beneficial to protect the mechanical equipment.
   2.  For the connecting parts of the grúa partes, because of long-term use, it is easy to cause paint defects, so diesel oil should be used for painting to avoid corrosion.
