First of all, the lubricating oil of the gearbox of the hoisting machinery must be replaced with anti-freeze lubricating oil as required; pay attention to fire prevention when heating the crane cab; the connecting bolts of the main components are not loose; the wear of the hoisting machine wire rope and the threading and winding of each pulley meet the standards Requirements; the power cord is not damaged; the verticality error of the hoisting machinery should meet the standard requirements;
Secondly, reduce the operating time of the crane electric hoist. Do not operate the equipment for a long time in a humid environment to reduce the long-term stay of water on the equipment and prevent the corrosion of the electric hoist of the crane.
Third, in snowy days and after snow, the snow should be removed in time, and anti-skid measures should be adopted; in severe weather such as strong winds with a wind speed of 12 m/s or heavy rain, heavy snow, heavy fog, etc., the lifting machinery should stop the operation;
Do the maintenance work of lifting electric hoist. If the humidity is relatively low, use a fan to dry the hoist of the crane. If the wet area is large, the electric hoist needs to be maintained to reduce the risk of damage.
