The main girder of the bridge crane is placed on the platform or cushion frame according to the working position, that is, the lower cover is placed at the bottom. Draw the centerline of the conversion span on the upper cover of the main beam on the side without cab, and punch holes as symbols; block the excess trolley track with a gas cutter; confirm the transformation orientation according to the joint form and size of the original main beam and end beam Draw a line, and reserve upper and lower cover plates of sufficient length to prepare for the re-assembly of the main beam and the end beam;
When cutting, make sure that the upper beam is not blocked by gas, and ensure that the upper beam is not blocked by gas; remove gas cutting slag, paint and other dirt, use a wind shovel and a grinding wheel shovel to grind the residue on the upper and lower cover plates; assemble the lower cover plate. If the lower cover is thick, flame heating, hammering and other methods can be used to simmer the slope. The socket at the end of the main beam should be 2mm larger than the height of the end beam to facilitate the assembly of the end beam; weld the weld between the lower cover plate and the inclined surface of the web.
The repair of the end beam of the bridge crane and the installation process requirements of the main beam and the end beam, and the walking platform are the same as the process from small to large.

Rail joints can be straight or skewed at 45 degrees. The skew joint can make the wheel transition smoothly at the joint. The lateral misalignment and height difference of the two rails at the joint should not be greater than 1mm. The welding sequence of rail joints is from bottom to top. First, the bottom of the rail, then the waist and head of the rail, layer by layer, layer by layer, and finally repair the surrounding area. When welding rail joints, a temporary fixture should be set to fix the rail for welding.
When welding rails of bridge cranes, each layer of welding wave should be welded with welding rods at the bottom of the rails. In the middle of the electrode, prevent the arc from breaking due to the welding rod. The welding direction of the two welding waves should be opposite. The welding of each rail joint shall be carried out one after another. Keep the welding temperature at the ends of the rails high. After welding, prevent rain and other moisture before cooling after stress relief heat treatment. The hot copper sheet can be removed and soaked in water to cool it for next use. When the welding convexity is too large, use a grinding wheel grinder to grind to be flush with the rail head, and finally grind the appearance. After erecting the bridge crane track, the bridge crane operator should be clear about his operation direction and behavior, and understand the operation process of the system, so as to ensure that the overall operation of the bridge crane has a good operating foundation.
