Brake adjustment of traveling brake of bridge crane:

1. Adjust the positive and negative levers to make the brake pads of the brake shoes stick to the brake wheels;

2. Adjust the torque spring and control it within 1/8 of the rated torque. (Test method: Use a 12-inch adjustable wrench to clamp the bolt on the brake wheel coupling, turn the brake wheel, and then turn the brake wheel with a little force; do not turn it too tight, loosen the torque spring until it fits).

3. Double-wheel drive or four-wheel drive brake adjustment must be adjusted to the same state;

4. Motor vehicle inspection: empty vehicles, parked after power failure, trolleys glide for about 2 meters, trolleys glide for about 500 mm; walking brakes can be used

The first step is low-torque braking and deceleration effect; the second step is a few seconds later than the first step, which has a stable braking effect.
