Like the certificates and instructions of ordinary household appliances, the crane will also be attached with various drawings, quality certificates, operation and maintenance instructions, which are called random factory data. If the random factory data is missing, the user will not find the basis in the daily maintenance or planned overhaul, and can only rely on experience to formulate the maintenance plan, resulting in the danger of the equipment.
For example, the qd10t general bridge crane used in the finished product warehouse of a machinery factory in Shandong had a "roof punching" accident in the process of lifting finished products, resulting in the finished products overturning and falling, falling on other products in the warehouse, resulting in the scrapping of a large number of finished products and one minor injury. After investigation, the reason was that the height limiter was short circuited. A few days before the accident, the enterprise entrusted a maintenance unit to overhaul the crane and replace all lines. During the replacement process, due to the loss of factory data of the crane, the electrical schematic diagram of the crane could not be found, and the maintenance personnel were not familiar with the crane, but installed the wiring based on experience and memory, The height limiter, lifting limiter and other safety protection devices were short circuited by mistake. After debugging the operation of the trolley and the normal action of the lifting mechanism, it was considered that the wiring had been replaced without testing each safety protection device. At this time, although the mechanism operated normally, the equipment was in a dangerous state, and the lifting driver failed to pay attention to observation during lifting, resulting in "jacking" The accident caused huge losses.
In addition, the removal, transformation and scrapping of cranes also need the dimensions, data and other parameters in the random factory data to formulate corresponding plans. The loss of random factory data will lead to a series of adverse consequences. Therefore, the random delivery data is particularly important. Be sure to leave the factory with the whole machine and keep it intact.
