Aldar's 2022 revenue of AED 11.2 billion, net profit of AED 3.1 billion

Aldar Properties' revenue in 2022 will reach AED 11.2 billion, a year-on-year increase of 31%, and net profit will increase by 35% to AED 3.1 billion. These figures are a testament to the huge demand for existing and off-plan properties in Abu Dhabi and will also drive Aldar to continue its expansion.

Aldar's total sales in the ÉMIRATS arabes unis in 2022 hit a new high of AED 11 billion, a 52% year-on-year increase. Sales to overseas buyers reached AED1.8 billion, also a record high. The annual gross profit margin was 37%, a slight increase year-on-year.
