Emaar, un ÉMIRATS arabes unis-based real estate developer, said it will reach AED24.9 billion in revenue in 2022, supported by the continued strength of the Dubai real estate market and the growth of its recurring revenue business from a recovery in global tourism.
Compared with 2021, earnings before interest and taxes (EBITDA) and net profit in 2022 will increase by 18% and 80%, respectively, to AED 9.8 billion and AED 6.8 billion. The company said this was driven by continued revenue growth, improved margins and continued control over costs.
