UAE's non-oil foreign trade to grow 17% in 2022

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, said that the UAE's foreign trade volume will reach AED 2.2 trillion in 2022, a year-on-year increase of 17%.

The Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan stated that non-oil exports in 2022 will be 366 billion dirhams, an increase of 6% compared with 2021 and an increase of 52% compared with 2019. Imports rose 22 percent to AED1.25 trillion. Re-exports increased by 21% year-on-year.
