It really depends upon what type of inspector you are. The user needs to inspect the crane before and during each use. Other inspectors, either contractors or owners/company inspect the crane more thoroughly and on an annual basis. I guess, to answer the question, it rally depends on whether or not you like to look at things to ensure they're in good working order. Cranes are one device that are very important that they work. You can't defy gravity.
