Emergency measures:

1.  If the crane breaks down during operation, stop the operation immediately and fill in the "Application Form for Repair of Equipment Failure" to report to the crane team leader or the operator of the work area. It is strictly forbidden to run the equipment with faults, and the operators are strictly prohibited before the maintenance personnel arrive at the site. Leave without permission. When the equipment is being repaired, the operating personnel should be present and cooperate with the maintenance personnel in the commissioning and other work. After the maintenance is completed, the operator confirms that the fault is eliminated and signs for acceptance, then continue to operate and use.
2.  In case of sudden power failure during operation, the main switch on the handle must be turned off. Operators are not allowed to leave if the lifting object is not put down or the rigging is not unhooked, and immediately set up a safety warning line on the floor of the hanging object to prohibit personnel from passing. The operator is strictly forbidden to leave without permission before the maintenance personnel arrive on the scene.
3.  In the event of equipment accidents, operators are strictly forbidden to leave the site, and are responsible for protecting the site. If anyone is injured, they must immediately call the emergency number inside and outside the factory, and immediately notify the superior of the unit, the construction worker or the operator in the work area. If the operator leaves or destroys the scene without authorization, the operator shall bear all consequences.
4.  When adding and replacing lubricating oil, and when applying paint, if the operator and maintenance personnel accidentally spill the oil or paint on the ground, they should immediately absorb it with a rag and wood powder, and then remove the used rag and wood powder. Collect them and place them in the hazardous solid waste trash bin, and it is strictly forbidden to throw them away.
5.  If the electric control box or the sliding contact line catches fire, the operator should immediately press the emergency stop button to cut off the power, and then use a fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire. If the fire is unable to extinguish the fire, call the fire alarm number in the factory immediately, and notify the superiors of the unit immediately. Work area constructor or job leader.
6.  When the outdoor crane encounters a strong wind warning, it should immediately stop the operation and return to the anchored position to seal the car.
7.  If the outdoor crane cannot return to the normal anchorage position due to strong wind, it should stop immediately and take measures to seal the car on the spot, and put the iron wedges, rail clamps and wooden piers.
