2. In addition, for the use of hydraulic oil, please pay attention to its oil level, oil temperature, oil quality and oil type. For example, the oil should not be changed frequently, and the oil temperature should be increased to 0 degrees before operation. In addition, if it is not used for a long time, it should be oiled for maintenance.

3. Grasp the cable to loosen or clamp it. The reason may be too little oil, which makes the cable easy to clamp. The operator should pay attention to checking the piston rod, including the sequence of removing the piston rod and replacing the seal.

When the electro-hydraulic grab is working, don’t shut it down immediately. You should let the grab's motor run for more than ten minutes first, and check the hydraulic transmission system of the electro-hydraulic grab to see if there is any leakage. Status. After the inspection of the hydraulic drive system of the hydraulic grab is completed, the electro-hydraulic grab can be shut down normally, and the residual material on the grab can be removed. If the working time of the grab is too long, the hydraulic oil of the electro-hydraulic grab needs to be replaced.
