The record card of reverse hoist maintenance shall be established. Each shift shall establish repair record card for each single beam crane, and the team leader shall be responsible for daily inspection of single beam crane for one month, including:
(1) According to the requirements of the rocker arm repair record card, check the smoothness of the smooth parts, and put forward the maintenance plan according to the replacement cycle;
(2) Check the hook and pulley of single beam crane for cracks and broken wire of wire rope. If the cable is broken, replace it;
(3) Check the working condition of the electric drum and control handle to ensure that the wire rope of the single beam crane is fixed without slotting, and the control handle button operates normally;
(4) Check the smoothness of the reducer and connecting parts of the single girder crane, and timely record the oil leakage and partial temperature;
(5) The above records shall be reported by the captain every month, and the technicians in the workshop shall be included in the repair plan, and repair shall be arranged when there are special needs.
