We provides detailed quotation to the Nigerian client with price, delivery conditions, payment term, guarantee, technical information with drawing, and all is satisfying to him. However, there is a problem that the customer should build the foundation for the jib crane before the arriving of the jib crane. Therefore, we make foundation drawing for customer, too. Then we begins cooperation with this customer, and crane production starts.
Foundation drawing at first time
During the construction of foundation, new problem is coming, they can’t find the same screw bolt as drawing required in local, and the customer provides a type of screw bolts with similar size they can find. Our experienced crane engineer checks and redesigns the foundation drawing according to customer’s screw bolt, and problem is solved.
