Noise treatment of crane equipment

The pleasant sound can make people feel happy, while the noise can make people fidgety. The use of mechanical equipment is a kind of noise. Some old factories and mines bring us fidgety because they are in the urban area and close to residential living areas. Mine cranes tell you how to deal with the noise of single beam cranes.

How to solve the noise problem during crane use:

1.  In order to improve the self-priming performance of the hydraulic pump, a large-diameter suction pipe is adopted.
2.  Reasonably design the oil interception area of distribution plate;
3.  Large capacity oil suction filter is adopted to prevent suction of hydraulic pump. On the premise of ensuring the power and flow required by the electric single beam crane, the hydraulic pump with low speed shall be selected as far as possible to reduce leakage, and a muffler shall be installed at the pump outlet.

The above three methods can effectively reduce the noise of the crane. The majority of users may wish to learn and try. Whether for residents or operators, they are conducive to physical and mental health, especially those who operate lifting equipment for a long time.
