The installation of crane beams and tracks in steel structure workshops affects the safe and stable operation of bridge cranes. 1) The length and distortion of the base plate to the corbel surface should be strictly controlled during the production of the steel column, so as to prevent the verticality and horizontality from being out of tolerance.
2) Strictly control the positioning axis of the steel column production and installation to prevent the axis displacement after the steel column is installed, and even the verticality or horizontality of the crane beam is deviated during installation.
3) The elevation of the foundation support plane should be carefully improved, and the steel pad should be placed correctly; the secondary grouting should be made of non-shrinking, micro-expansion cement mortar to avoid excessive foundation elevation and affect the level of the crane beam installation. Very bad.
4) When the steel column is installed, the verticality and the levelness of the corbel surface should be carefully adjusted according to the requirements to ensure that the required verticality and levelness are achieved when the lower crane beam is installed.
5) Pre-measure the height of the crane beam at the support and the height of the corbel from the bottom of the column. If deviation occurs, the steel pad can be used to adjust the foundation plane or corbel supporting surface.
6) Before hoisting the crane beam, in order to prevent the verticality and horizontality from being out of tolerance, the deformation should be carefully checked. If the deformation such as distortion occurs, it should be corrected, and rigid reinforcement measures should be taken to prevent re-deformation after hoisting; the length of the beam should be used for hoisting , It can be hoisted by single or double machines.
7) During installation, the horizontal displacement and the adjustment of the beam end gap should be carried out according to the center line drawn in advance on the upper flange plane of the beam. After reaching the specified standard requirements, the beam end and the column should be connected by diagonal bracing.
8) After the positions of each part of the crane beam are basically fixed, the relevant installation dimensions should be carefully re-measured, and the brake frame should be installed and tightened after reaching the quality standard as required.
9) To prevent the verticality and horizontality of the crane beam from being out of tolerance, the correction work should be done carefully. The sequence is to first calibrate the elevation, and then adjust and calibrate other items after the roof system is installed. This can prevent the deformation of the steel column caused by the roof installation and directly affect the vertical or horizontal deviation of the crane beam installation.
1) The crane beam should be installed according to the design regulations. First, the elevation and levelness of the steel column bottom plate to the corbel surface should be controlled. If deviation occurs, the steel backing plate should be used to adjust to the specified verticality.
2) Before and after installation of the crane beam, no deformation such as bending or twisting is allowed.
3) The fixed crane girder adjustment procedure should be reasonable. Generally, it should be temporarily fixed in place first. The adjustment work should be carried out after the steel roof truss and other components are completely adjusted and fixed, otherwise the installation and adjustment of other components will cause the steel column (corbel) The displacement directly affects the installation quality of the crane beam.
4) The installation quality of the crane girder is subject to the constraints of the voie de grue. At the same time, the design of the crane girder has a certain influence on the deflection value of the arch and the level of the track.
5) Before installing the bridge crane track, the installation quality of the crane girder should be strictly retested, so that the deviation values of the centerline, verticality and horizontality of the upper plane should be controlled within the allowable range of the design or construction specifications; The total length of the track and the size of the segment (joint) position are measured separately to ensure that the overall length and joint gap are correct.
6) In order to ensure that the various technical indicators meet the standards of the design and current construction specifications when installing the track, the following requirements should be met:
① The centerline of the track and the centerline of the crane beam should be controlled within the allowable deviation range, so that the offset (mm) between the center of gravity of the track and the center of the crane beam web shall not be greater than 1/2 of the web thickness. When adjusting, in order to meet this requirement, both (the crane beam and the track) should be moved at the same time, otherwise the numerical standard cannot be reached.
② The inclined and flat steel backing plates used to install and adjust the level or straightness should be in close contact with the track and the crane beam. Each group of steel backing plates should not exceed 2; the length should be less than 100mm; the width should be 10-20mm wider than the bottom of the track The distance between the two sets of steel backing plates should not be less than 200mm; the steel backing plates should be firmly welded to the crane beam.
③ If the track is installed on the concrete crane beam, the steel backing plate should be flat and in close contact with the bottom surface of the track, the contact area should be greater than 60%; the gap between the backing plate and the concrete crane beam should be greater than 25mm, and no shrinkage should be used. Cement mortar is filled; when it is less than 25mm, an open-type backing plate shall be used to back up; one side of the backing plate extends out of the bridge-shaped backing plate for about 10mm, and the welding is firm.
④ In order to make the level and straightness of the track after installation meet the requirements of the design or specification, the fastening bolts of the fixed track, rectangle or bridge should have anti-loosening measures. Generally, spring washers or auxiliary nuts should be added under the nuts. When the bridge crane is working, the nut will loosen under the action of external force such as load and vibration.
