(1) The number of rope clamps is generally not less than 3-7, and the spacing of the rope clamps should be 6-7 times the diameter of the wire rope; the number of clamps is determined by the diameter of the wire rope, less than 19mm and no less than 3, 19-32mm not Less than 4, no less than 5 in 32-38mm, no less than 6 in 38-44mm, no less than 7 in 44-60mm.
(2) The steel wire rope and the rope clamp should be used together, and the direction of the rope clamp should be the same. The U-shaped ring tail part should be clamped on the side of the rope head, and the pressure plate should be placed on the side of the main rope.
(3) Install a safety rope clamp about 500mm behind the last rope clamp, and make a 30-50mm long "safe bend" between the safety rope clamp and the last rope clamp.
(4) The distance between the end of the tail rope and the safety rope clamp shall not be less than 140-160mm.
(5) Before cutting the end of the tail rope, the wire rope should be tied to ensure that the end of the wire rope is not loose. The number of tying iron wires should be: 3 when used for hemp core wire rope, and 4 when used for steel core.
(6) Schematic diagram of making the hook head of a steel wire rope fixed by a rope clamp:
(1) The size of the rope clamp is suitable for the thickness of the wire rope, the inner net distance of the U-shaped ring,
It should be 1~3mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope, and the net distance is too large to make it easy to clamp the rope. Prone to accidents.
(2) When the rope clamp is installed, the bolts must be tightened until the rope is squashed by 1/3 to 1/4 of the diameter. After the rope is stressed, the rope clamp bolts must be tightened once to ensure that the joint is firm and reliable.
(3) The U-shaped part is in contact with the end of the rope and cannot be in contact with the main rope. If the U-shaped part is in contact with the main rope, the main rope will be squashed, and the wire will easily break when stressed.
(4) The strength of the fixing place between the rope clamps is determined by the correct arrangement of the rope clamp on the wire rope and the proficiency of the rope clamp fixing operation. The tightness of the nut on the rope clamp or the insufficient number of rope clamps may cause the rope end to slip during load. If the rope clamps are arranged and clamped in strict accordance with the specified number, the strength of the fixing place is 80% of the strength of the wire rope itself.
(5) The rope clamp farthest from the loop shall not be fastened separately first. The rope clamp closest to the loop (the first rope clamp) should be as close as possible to the ring, but it is still necessary to ensure that the rope clamp is tightened correctly, and the outer steel wire of the wire rope must not be damaged.
(6) In actual use, the rope clamp must be checked for its tightness after being loaded for 1-2 times.
(1) When the hook head fixing collar adopts plug-in connection, the plug-in length should be more than 15 times the diameter of the steel wire rope, and at least more than 300mm.
(2) Schematic diagram of the wire rope hook head adopting the plug-in method:
1. When transporting in inclined shafts, safety ropes shall be installed in accordance with Article 412 of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines".
2. One end of the safety rope is fixed at the rear end of the main hook at no less than 600mm by a rope clamp. The production method of the safety rope hook is made according to the standard of the main hook;
3. The diameter of the safety rope should be the same as the diameter of the traction wire rope, and the length is the allowable total length of the trailer plus 1.5 meters.
