Rust removal knowledge of single beam bridge crane

If the crane is not used for a long time, it will rust. For some long-term out of service single beam bridge crane equipment, derusting is very important. The following is the rust removal knowledge organized by me.

1.  When the equipment needs to be shut down for maintenance, the surface of the whole equipment shall be carefully inspected to ensure that the surface paint film of each component does not fall off and damage.
2.  In the process of rust prevention, it is very important not to ignore the moving parts of the crane. For these parts, - 10 or - 20 diesel oil can be used for brush coating, which can not only remove the materials easy to cause equipment corrosion, but also form an oil film on the metal surface to resist low temperature.
3.  If the paint film of some metal structures is found to be damaged during the inspection, the damaged area needs to be cleaned, and then coated with antirust paint and other antirust paint. Protect it from corrosion in rainy or snowy days.
4.  In addition to cleaning and lubrication with diesel oil, a layer of lubricating oil shall also be applied. Calcium or lithium based greases are preferred because they help maintain all aspects of mechanical properties and are better removed when the equipment is reused.
