1. Check Bridge Cranes before starting
Before starting the single girder bridge crane , carefully check whether the mechanical equipment, electrical parts and protective devices are intact and reliable. If the main accessories such as the controller, brake, limiter, electric bell, emergency switch, etc. fail, lifting is strictly prohibited.
- 1.1 Check whether there is any abnormality in each part of the driving, especially the connection of the main beam. Check that the track and beam running mechanism are clean and the machinery is not damaged. If there is any abnormality, it is not allowed to use it.
- 1.2 The stopper on the track has no deformation, damage, looseness or defect.
- 1.3 There is no obvious wear or scar on the wheel tread and rim. Check the wheel, there should be no cracks, indentation and wear exceeding the limit. When the depth of the above-mentioned defect exceeds 3mm, it should be replaced immediately.
- 1.4 Wire rope inspection: Whether the wire rope is normally wound on the drum. The wire rope has no kinks, the small drum is well installed and fixed, the wire rope has no burns, no obvious loose strands, no serious wear, corrosion, and defects, the number of broken wires does not exceed the standard, and no whole strands are broken. When the wire rope breaks up to 19 wires in a lay length, and the surface of the wire rope is obviously worn, it should be replaced immediately.
- 1.5 The hook has no cracks or deformation, the bearing rotates flexibly and smoothly, and the hook nut locking device is good.
- 1.6 The pulley rotates smoothly and flexibly, the wheel groove has no obvious wear, and the wheel flange is complete and defect-free.
- 1.7 The insulation resistance of the electrical equipment system is qualified (≥0.5MΩ), there are regular measurement records, and the use is not overdue.
- 1.8 Electrical equipment has a reliable protective grounding (zero).
- 1.9 The periodic mechanical test is qualified, the record is complete, and the service is not overdue.
2. Test Bridge Cranes run
- 2.1 The operator of the electric single girder crane can only close the main power supply when confirming that there is no one on the platform or track. Under no-load conditions, start and check the operating mechanisms, control systems and safety devices, and check and adjust the electric hoist . The brakes should be sensitive, accurate, safe and reliable before they can be used.
- 2.2 Check the following items:
- (1) Whether the button can reliably control the lifting and running of the hoist.
- (2) Whether the movement of the stopper is flexible and reliable. The upper limit position is ≥50mm from the reel.
- (3) Whether there is abnormal noise or smell during operation.
- (4) The brake and control system have reliable functions and sensitive actions.
- (5) The button interlocking device has reliable function (that is, pressing the opposite button at the same time fails).
- 2.3 After the work is completed, move the electric hoist and the operating button plate to a safe position, and cut off the power supply. When the height of other traveling equipment under the beam is higher than the hook, the parallel distance between the adjacent end of the electric hoist and the outer edge of the equipment should be greater than 1 meter to prevent collision damage.
- 2.4 Workers in lifting workplaces should wear safety helmets.
3. Electric Single Girder Bridge Cranes Run
- 3.1 When hoisting a heavy object for the first time (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the weight should be lowered after the height of 0.5 meters above the ground, and the brake performance should be checked. After the reliability is confirmed, the normal operation can be carried out.
- 3.2 Strictly implement the "ten no hanging" system:
- ① The command signal is unknown or the command is not suspended;
- ②Do not hoist when the lifting capacity exceeds the rated capacity;
- ③Unreasonable use of slings or inadequate hanging of objects;
- ④There are people or other floating objects on the hanging objects.
- ⑤If the brake or other braking safety device fails, do not hang;
- ⑥ Do not hang heavy objects when they are directly processed by crane;
- ⑦Hanging slantingly without hanging;
- ⑧ Do not hang explosive objects;
- ⑨ Objects buried in the ground shall not be pulled out;
- ⑩ Objects with edges and corners should not be hung if they are not properly cushioned.
- 3.3 If an abnormality is found, stop immediately, cut off the power supply, check the cause and eliminate it in time.
- 3.4 It is not allowed to hold down the control buttons that make the electric hoist rotate in both directions at the same time.
- 3.5 When lifting the workpiece, the operator should keep a distance of more than 1 meter from the workpiece. There should be no one and no obstacles in front of the lifting. When the operator walks with the vehicle, he should pay attention to prevent it from falling over.
- 3.6 Do not pull the control cable too tightly, and keep the button panel free of movement.
- 3.7 The limiter is a protection device and should not be used as a switch. It is strictly forbidden to operate without rope guide or stopper, and the sensitivity of rope guide (stopper) and limit switch should be checked frequently.
- 3.8 When the crane brake fails, the tightness of the electric brake spring should be adjusted.
- 3.9 When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects to avoid permanent deformation of the parts.
4. Maintenance after stopping:
- 4.1 The hook should be raised more than two meters from the ground, the cart should be parked at the designated position, and the controller handle should be placed at the "zero" position; pull down the knife switch and cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
- 4.2 Perform daily maintenance
- A. The key of the power switch box is managed by a designated person. The electric hoist must be regularly maintained, inspected and lubricated by a dedicated person to avoid accidents.
- B. After every 200 hours of use, check the electrical device, control system and hook for cracks or cold deformation.
- C. After every 50 hours of use, check the damage of the wire rope drum and the rope guide and the tightening of the supporting bolts.
- D. After one year, the crane should be fully inspected, especially the wearing parts and transmission parts. If they are too worn, they should be replaced immediately.
- 4.3. Do a good job of handover.
